Returns and Exchanges
At BR Swimwear we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase date for United States orders and 45 days for international orders.
- All items returned must be in new, unworn, unsoiled condition with all original tags attached.
- Customized items can not be returned or exchanged.
- If any returned item is not in new condition, appears to look worn, used, soiled, heavy perfume scent or laundered an exchange or refund will not be provided.
- A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with all returns.
- Returned items must be shipped back to us via a traceable shipping method to ensure that we receive your package. If a package is lost or stolen and we can not verify receipt of the return by tracking or delivery confirmation then no exchange or refund will be provided.
- Shipping costs are not refunded and all return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
- Exchange items will be sent by USPS at no additional charge on your first exchange or First Class International Mail for international destinations. Any additional exchanges you will be responsible to cover shipping costs.
- If you need an exchange quickly we recommend you place a new order, noting in the comments that it's an exchange, and return the unwanted item for a refund.
